What happens to unused benefits?
Frame credit and lens benefits reset annually on your anniversary date. We'll remind you before they expire.
Does my family qualify?
Each membership is individual, but family discounts are available at the Punto and Focal tiers. Text us for details.
Can I upgrade or cancel?
Upgrade any time and we'll prorate the difference. Cancellations take effect at your next renewal with no fees.
Can I use insurance with my membership?
Yes. Membership benefits stack with insurance — think of them as a layer of extras on top of what your plan already covers.
